Did not get Home security device installed Also did not get sensors replaced. Was told that i would have to reach out to the manufacture

Excellent customer service. The tech checked everything & determined that the sensors are fine, it's the thermostat that needs to be repaired or replaced.

The GS came in and did a great job on the instal for the Sonos system and Simply Safe alarm. Gave hints and helps to make all operations simple. Even set up my thermostat so I could control it with my phone. Will use the GS for all my purchases. A+

Originaly, all my 7 motion sensers were facing the windows instead of doors. GS relocated the sensors facing the doors using 5 new brackets and two old brackets. Also, GQ removed the brackets from the original locations. Job well done.
