Originaly, all my 7 motion sensers were facing the windows instead of doors. GS relocated the sensors facing the doors using 5 new brackets and two old brackets. Also, GQ removed the brackets from the original locations. Job well done.

The Geek squad crew rocked, set up the whole house in an hour and the controls are so easy to use from my smart phone, ez pz.

The two men who came out to install our Ring System where really good at what they did, and very nice while they were working. The alarm listeners were the last to go up, and were placed near the alarms for the old security system, not the builder installed alarms. At the time we were unaware of the difference. We are at a loss as to how to redo the installation, and unable to do so ourselves.

The initial package installation was done by a Geek Squad technician. I purchased additional sensors and installed them myself. Very easy to do.
