We purchased a security system online over a year ago. I am not technically inclined and my husband was having medical issues and could not help with installation. The Geed Squad installed everything and showed us how to use the system.

Thomas and Israel were wonderful and patient with us during the entire installation process, plus they explained in detail how it works, as we are not tech savvy people :)

The agents went above and beyond! Besides installing in areas requested they also showed me how easy it would be for me to do on my own if problems should arise or I purchase more sensors. These guys really knew their stuff!

Great service in one go. They were kind enough to explain the installation and instructions to care for.

First of all it was not an install. We needed help iwth our Simplisafe system. The representative said to book the appointment as an install. The 3rd party did not show up twice. We talked with the supervisor and he said they couldn't trouble shoot, they thought it was an install. We are VERY disapointed with G.S. and filed a complaint. We have not heard back.
