When I scheduled the service appointment, the representative that was assisting me was aware that the sensors that were to be installed, had previously been uninstalled by them. When the squad member arrived, they advised me that I needed double sided tape or some type of new adhesive to remount them, however I could not leave to get them. Thankfully they had some double sided tape in their vehicle, however within the next few days, the sensors started to fall off (while I was away from home) which set off the alarm and triggered a call to law enforcement.

Great guy love my new Ring i can see every where around my house 24-7.He answer all my questions and walked me thur it .

The Geek Squad installation was easy, fast and efficient. The tech left a few adhesive backing papers but seemed to know what he was doing. Having him set up the the online account made it worth the price.
