I bought this for my special needs daughter who loves to ask questions. Not only has it helped her, but become an enjoyment for our entire household.

This is a fun device and it is a great product to have. It tells me all information that I ask about as it also controls my nest thermostat when I ask.

It's a good product for the house for questions you would usually use google on your smart phone for answers. I hope they do some updates so it can handle at least two different google calendars. It does give you a lot of "I can't answer that question" or I don't know the meaning. The music sound quality is very good when playing Pandora. Without some of the updates needed, not sure it's worth the $125.00.

Google Home so far works well compared to an Amazon Echo. I can speak to it from across 20 ft. room and it hears the "ok Google" which is nice. Set up was very easy and quick. Basic functions work well and integration to google music is nice. Haven't been able to figure out if and how to connect it as a bluetooth speaker yet though.

I got this because I am already a very heavy Google user and liked the idea of being able to ask it questions about the weather today or this week or ask what the traffic is like to a destination or restaurants that serve a peticular type of food or just ask what time a business opens/closes. So far I have loved this thing and have since used it every day. Very handy and cool price of tech.

I have had this a couple of days, and I'm very impressed with how interactive it is. I look forward to when it will be able to control other things in my home. Right now, it's great for listening to music and answering some questions. My kids get a kick out of the MadLibs and trivia games. I was hesitant at $125, but at $99, I thought it was worth a shot. I'm definitely betting on it's ability down the road.

I have hue bulbs so I use it to control them. Great for getting the weather and news while getting ready in the morning, all you have to say is good morning.

All the features are amazing and I would recommend it to everyone plus if you get the additional small ones they can go anywhere these work perfectly

We have tried other similar products but we definitely like Google Home better. The voice recognition is much better. The design is nice and blends in well to any home decor without being too large. It's fun that you can change the color too. The audio quality is good, but don't expect a Bose quality speaker. I look forward to Google adding more functionality to this product in the future.

I have an Alexa and the google home. I like the google home a little better. I think it’s a little smarter and a little quicker to answer questions.

I am having a lot of fun with Google Home. Easy, quick answers, with good functionality. I picked Google Home over Amazon on the expectation that Google will invest and make the product continue to improve. As it stands today, it is fun, but not as powerful as I'd like. It can't share multiple accounts, and can't respond to some queries that you would expect it could. Still, I am happy with the purchase!

I really didn't like the look of it. The speaker sounds good. The device is ok for now, but I am sure it will improve over time. It worked fine to search information, and it better, since it is Google. It uses YouTube for it's primary music. I thought it was ok, but it's hard to specify an artist, or maybe set up a radio station for an artist. It's all playlists from YouTube. It is only WiFi audio, no bluetooth. So you are forced into buying Chromecast video/audio streaming devices in order to play music or video. I think the Chromecast feature for Video is fine, but having the Chromecast audio devices strung all over seems to me a step back when most people want the sleek wireless devices. WiFi is best, but not as versatile. I actually returned Google home for an Echo dot, cheaper, and you can get Amazon unlimited music for $3.99/month (Echo Plan). "No need to be an Amazon Prime Member." I have bluetooth speakers, so the smaller footprint, and versatility of the dot made more sense to me. Google Home, and Echo can control most all smart home products through IFTTT. Good luck, takes some time to get use to teaching, and talking to the devices.

I went to a party, and saw this gem. I loved it soooo much that I went into Best Buy and bought my own! Super super happy I use it all the time I hardly even watch tv because of it. Plus when you are debating on a subject and we’re not sure google home is always there to answer. We love it sooo much that we are going to buy the bigger one! Best investment ever!

If you haven't tried the Google Home, or Amazon Alexa, You should give this unit a try. It is super easy to bring up and program. The instructions on connecting it to your music services and home electronics are simple to follow and everything works great. Within 30 minutes I was using the device to cut off my lights, adjust my thermostat, and play music stations from my Pandora.

I never gave a second thought about home assistants, but decided to pick one up on sale. I loved it so much that I bought mini's for my other rooms.
