Saw the reviews for the item and just had to have one, it was at a great price and sales person was very helpful.

I wanted to get started in my smart home apartment and figured I would start with Google home because I’m already into the Google ecosystem so just makes sense. Google’s search and analytics algorithm and natural language is impeccable. I researched Alexa Cortana Siri but the best choice and in the future Google Home hands-down!

This is so good for people who are looking for answers and n don’t have books or don’t know how to use computers

Google Home works great for my 86 year old mother needed. A hands free music device, weather information. It can only answer about half of her crossword puzzle questions. We were hoping to be able to orally update her calendar, but need to do that manually. She likes the simplicity of operating. Wish you could change the wake up command.

For the sale price it is good. This speaker is an upgrade from the google mini. The sound is quite a bit better and I’m currently in the process of switching out my minis with the homes. The minis are good for basic things but if you want to listen to music I recommend getting google homes.

I have two of them one for myself and one for my daughter. The sound is great. Amazing sound for such a small speaker. However, the Echo is way more powerful. I think Google rushed this and didn't let it finish baking. They have added I think three more smart items (wemo, Honeywell and I cant remember the third.) But its getting there.

We love the google home. Great to check weather, listen to news, set timers. We don’t yet have smart appliances.

I originally purchased this for the novelty of it, but it is really a great piece of technology. I have it connected to my Smart Hub, so after writing a few easy apps, it operates my lights and shades by voice command. There are some improvements it needs (2 separate users for example) but overall a great little device.

I do not have much use for this device yet but enjoy the ability to request information (weather, news). I think as the software application grows it will be come more useful; does not do some simple things (ie, what movies are playing the area). The ability to play music is nice but finding limits on capability to find and play songs.

This item is like having a smart friend next to you. You could talk all day long with, and there will be always answers to your questions. No only that.... if you have the correct additaments will also take care of your lights, tvs, well all electrical around your house. Sounds is clear and responds are intelligent.

I love my Google Home but it feels unfinished. Several functions I wish were available are not at the moment. Once Google opens up the SDK in December I imagine more functionality will be introduced. The answers I do get back are always spot on and clear. I have no reason to pull out my phone. The speakers are great and can get loud.

This product is so fun to use. My daughter uses it to control her music in her room and for homework questions.

Prefacing with that I have both a GHome and Echo, I really like this little device. Google Home lacks the home automation integration that echo has built up over the past year, wemo, harmony, etc. The home, however blows it out of the water with its ability to answer 'random' questions. I think as a starting offering, this is great.

My gf needed a speaker in the house to play her music. I bought this instead to have more functionality. She uses it all the time as do I. Its also very useful when needing information in a hurry. My only real complaints are how often it disconnects from our internet and I am hopeful for future updates to provide more functionality.

Could no deside weather to get the Arizona or the Google but after reading a lot of reviews I desired on google

I keep learning more things to do with it. Also adding more smart bulbs and plugs keeps adding to it's daily usefulness

Google Home is a cool little device that has a great potential on Home Automation. It is not as sophisticated as Amazon Echo as of now, but that is just a matter of time, I believe. What I did not like is the "Ok Google" command that you to start every single time. In contrast, Amazon Echo's "Alexa" is far more catchy and convenient.

Highly recommended for even folks who are not technology nerds. You can get lots of information with a question

Completely blown away at how easy this was to set up. After setting up a few 'other' devices I was dreading the back & forth go into settings, find your wifi. & connect ,,,maybe, then come back to the app. & finish. Not with the Google Home, I set this up and was using in less than 10 Minutes. I love it!!
