What the coolest new techy gadget available? That's right....Google Home. Why did I wait so long? My family and I love this thing so much, I bought 1 for every room. I listen to K-LOVE effortlessly throughout the day. I ask all the questions to life I ever wanted to know. Google Home, my new best friend.

So far I really enjoy my Google Home. I wish it were more compatible with Apple Music, but I will make it work.

Positives: 1) sound is decent, not exceptional 2) voice recognition works pretty well - we have 4 users in the house and it knows each of us 3) love the ability to send data to devices that you have asked about Negatives: 1) some issues recognizing room names with our Phillips Hue 2) changing colors is more $$$

We purchased this after reading reviews on both this and the amazon echo. We are very happy with the decision!

This is a cool looking device with a great speaker and compatibility with my computer, phone, and chromecast TV. I'd like the google assistant to be able to be "smarter" and be able to help me with advanced sports analytics. But maybe that's asking to much.

I got this for my wife -- for music. But now she uses it for many other things too. Like our Nest stuff. Cool.

I love it, she knows everything. Plus I dont have to turn the tv on or off anymore. yes im lazy and i love it.

I wasn't even thinking about getting this until one came with my appliance purchase. Having it changed the way I operate my house. I was remodeling and I has to buy Philips Hue lights and as much as I could that worked with this. It makes life easier. Google Play Music makes listening to music more enjoyable too.

The voice recognition is great. Google home almost always knows what I said. Great for quick questions. Great for reminders and timers. Great for quick weather and traffic updates. Great for playing random music. NOT so great for playing specific songs unless you pay for one of the big music subscription services.

I am very happy with my Google Home. It is great for answering my questions, finding recipes and so much more.

I haven't had any problems with it, I have 3, and they work together fine, i.e. tries to execute commands on the one closest to the person speaking and can control volume on one unit from another one. No failures so far. Only con is occasionally getting "I don't know how to do that!" response from some questions.

With the ability to make calls and broadcast to all devices throughout the house it's an affordable must have.

I enjoy this product very much. It performs as well, if not better, than the manufacturer and reviewers suggested. It was easy to install and is easy to use. It definitely adds an improvement to my everyday life style. Would strongly recommend this product to anyone who can afford it. It definitely makes living easier.

My 9 yr old begged for this. He loves having music on tap anytime and timers for piano practice, alarm etc. Sound is pretty good considering the size of the speaker and adding him to a google family account was tricky but now that I have content etc all seems to be age appropriate and I can track what he asks,

Google's home device is excellent for listening to music! This is basically like the family jukebox, everyone can use it simply by saying "hey google" or "ok google" it's an excellent device and still has a lot of potential, excellent when paired with YouTube music, which allows you to listen to any song you request!

Best buy was running a great deal that I couldn't resist! What sold me was that I have an Samsung S8 plus, and would be compatible. So sleek it fits anywhere! Tells you the weather, maps, works with my Philips Hue lighting system, and Nest. Google is constant running updates, and I'm sure will get even better!!

Purchased this as a gift for my son and it was well received. Set up in his home and used to play music, etc.

I enjoy the concept of home automation and this is a good product that with out question will be a great addition this time next year. But today it's just not as good as the Echo and the audio is a little muddy. It works with my Hue and Nest and the casting is nice but doesn't have a lot of other features. I expect it to get better.

Bought it for my wife who is afraid of technology....she always wanted me to "Google" things. Now she does it herself! I am very impressed with the sound quality and volume that comes out of this. It is on par with many shelf units (stereos). It is getting better and more responsive the more it is used.
