After one week of use, I am impressed. Google Home is responsive, and has integrated well with a number of home automation services I currently use. While it doesn't have the depth of integration that Amazon's product has, I'm sure it will come along soon. Setup was easy, and Google Home was up and running in minutes.

It's a great start to making a home smarter. We have enjoyed it, especially over the Christmas holidays and being able to control the Christmas lights through it. Plus, with the addition of the mini's, it makes it easier to communicate between the base units and other rooms in the house. Worth getting!

Google home is great for asking trivia type questions and for playing music. The only downside is that YouTube red is only free for two weeks then a subscription has to be purchased. The cost for that service is a bit much. It plays I heart radio good. Does not support podcast currently. Only recognizes one user currently too.

My kids love this thing. They ask it a million questions a day. They are always laughing at the animal sounds from Google home. We use it the kitchen for anything from music to measuring cup calculations. Just say ok google play rolling stones and it links with Pandora to stream music. Enjoyable for everyone.

Love that I can just turn on lights and such by asking. Really wish you could change the wake up name though.

Great product, great customer service. I bought a 2-pack. Definitely recommending this to family and friends.

The sound quality and volume is amazing, I love that we can play music and look up questions when arguing about facts (lol). The only reason I do not give it 5 stars, is because it was sold to me under the impression that it would link to our phone and be able to make calls and messages. So far, we haven't been able to do that.

I will be giving the Google Home as a Christmas gift to my daughter and her family. I know they will love it.

Sound quality is the best I've heard on a speaker of this size!!! Definitely worth paying a little extra for this one over Hands-free help from the Google Assistant. Get answers, play songs, tackle your day, enjoy your entertainment and control your smart home with just your voice

I've had my Google Home for 10 months now and can highly recommend it. The speaker, while not great is more than adequate for most situations. I have Philips Hue Bulbs and a couple of Wemo switches and while they don't always cooperate with one another, everything works as it should at least 95% of the time

I own the Google Home in addition to Amazon Echo. The Google Home is a bit more interactive than Echo and does well what it is currently capable of doing. The Echo seems capable of doing more things related to home automation, but of course it has been around a lot longer. The Google Home was easy to set up and works quite well.

This new Google Home is working great. It is a convenient way of accessing the internet and a real time saver.

I find this device so useful for just random things. Any questions I have, just "Hey Google" and it gives me an answer however I mainly use it for music. It's linked to my Spotify and anyone in my house can just use it whenever, and it sounds great! Makes things so much easier and hassle free.

We now have two Google Home devices. The voice activation is flawless and works well with Nest and Cromecast. We are hoping with the now open system that more products will work natively with Google Home. For now it is a big winner and we are using the free YouTube red to watch movies and listen to our favorite music

Love the search capabilities. Especially compared to the echo as I have been trying it out also. I think Google will catch up with echoes head start soon. Although I cast movies and music through chrome cast on my TV and sound system the speakers on the Google home hame a nicer and deeper bass would highly recommend.

It is a very good product. The sound quality is exceptional for such a small unit. Clarity is very good and it is truly amazing how informative the unit can be. Start each day with weather, catch my favorite artist and end the day with a news recap for my area. Does not go out of style but actually seems to learn.

My whole family loves this addition to our home. We are slowly making our home a smart home so this is perfect and easy. My daughter plays games with it like madlibs (it's called something else though) I play a lot of music from it and the sound quality is great. I would love to get another one for my classroom!

This was given as a gift to a non-techie family. It didn't take more than 10 minutes after set up for the family to start interacting with Google Assistant. The only downside is the requirement to subscribe to apps for services like music. I suggest pairing this with a gift card towards the app store.

Google Home starts my day when I ask plus listening to music off YouTube, Pandora, GooglePlay, Spotify, etc. Makes calendar events for planning, shopping lists, etc. So much you can do! Connect to home lighting with Phillips Hue wireless system. I strongly recommend this product. Still learning the features.
