Google home makes home automation so much easier. Speakers are high quality for music. The pairing process and connection isn’t as seamless as the Apple ecosystem, but good-enough. A few “cannot connects” every other month or so.

Love this, it is very easy to use and the information I can get is helpful...I check the temperature and forecast every day and find it is as accurate as the weather man!! Also great for getting mileage between points and a lot easier than going on-line to Google and typing in questions re information I need....

This was a gift for purchasing appliances. I haven't used it yet, but look forward to trying it out.

I am glad I went with this product over the Echo. It doesn't have all the features yet that the Echo has, but the integration with Google works really well. I love telling it to play music, or tell me about the weather or my day. It works with my Chromecast which makes it really easy to play videos too.

My Google Home came free with my new Pixelbook. I am now hooked and will be buying a second one for myself to use as my wife took ownership of the first one. Extremely fast responses, great sound, and expanding array of tasks from Google. A quality and fun device that is not just a toy.

I like it, voice recognition is good, speaker quality is good, looks good. One problem...limited usefulness. You can ask it for current time, weather, tell you a joke or play music, but that's about it. It would be nice if Google added texting, emailing, more integration with other devices, and other useful tasks.

Works similiar to Amazons Alexa. I really dont like the voice recognition. This was free so now I have both

I did have an Amazon Echo and I thought I would be able to just use EVERYTHING that I am already used to with my Echo, plus be available to control my Chromecast without a remote control. In summary, my entire family is still using the Echo. The Google Home has a lot of potential, but it still needs to catch up.

The google home is a nice addition to my place. I primarily purchased it for random information such as traffic timing, timer, sporadic questions and pandora. It works really well when it finds the correct station on pandora but half of the time, it would play a different station. I would get fed up with it and ask for a more simple sounding station ie "Red Hot Chili Peppers" or something. When it works, it works great. However, sometimes I have to repeat myself with "hey google" a few times before it registers the trigger command. I'm guessing that it's due to the fact that the volume was too high. I think one of the main uses for a device like this is for controlling smart devices in your home such as Nest or smart lights. I never considered smart lights until I bought Google Home and now am hooked on them. Buy this device if you like the idea of voice controlled smart home products and google search. One last thing, it does not set reminders. I find that insanely weird but it doesn't. I am banking on the fact that Google will implement that ability sometime in the near future.

I liked my Google speaker but I had Alexa and they do almost the same things. I only chose to stay with Alexa because I already had the echo and a couple of echo dots. I would recommend to anyone who asked me about it because I even thought the sound (bass) was better on Google compared to Alexa.

I have the alexa and i took the leap of faith with google. Google home is way better. Goodbye Alexa.

I was torn between the echo and google home but after researching and looking at multiple reviews, I realized that if you have an iPhone the google home works better. It was easy to get accustom to all voices in the household and we didn't have to be that close by.

Google home is a great little product to assist with information on the go. I like the ability to just say "Hey Google or O.K. Google" and ask it for some information and usually get an immediate response. I look forward to upgrading my system to some home controlled devices in the near future.

Google home has been very useful for me for information purposes. My wife bought this for me and I have been using it ever since. Although I feel Alexa is a bit more powerful, I would recommend Google home to anyone looking for this type of device. You can also use it to turn on/off home appliances which I like.

You can do anything you want with this wonderful device. Control your home with smart devices, ask anything and find restaurants, bakeries, movie theaters, anything going on around town and listen to tons of music. It's an incredible device to have, the future is now!

I enjoy this AI as I have the Echo too. Both have their plus and negatives. This Google Home is a bit more 'smarter', but it still has a lot of work to be done on it. I thought this would be like asking Google on a webpage, but it doesn't respond the same way as it does on line. It's still worth purchasing.

I purchased google home. Good product by google. Home at your finger tip!! Yet to learn a lot out of it!!!

I set mine up and linked it to IFTTT.com and found the functionality to be great. Without it, the capabilities may seem limited. It cannot yet have a conversation with you, but I believe it will come with time. Limited functionality early, so it may be worth waiting for the price to come down a bit.
