I've been waiting for ages for Google Home to come out to get started on home automation. I have installed a couple GE smart switches with a Samsung SmartThings Hub, and everything integrates seamlessly. I'm excited to automate the whole house now.

I returned the Amazon echo to get this because I have multiple chromecasts and an Android phone. While it is not currently compatible with my ecobee thermostats, I expect this functionality soon. Works well and the voice recognition is outstanding.

Gave it as a Christmas present to our son in law who loves gadgets.

Great sound quality and wonderful addition to our smart home! Highly recommend! In fact, we went back and got one for my office as well. And have since purchased the Google Nest Hub as well.

Easily understands any accent. Search results are awesome. I love streaming videos to my TV using voice commands. Also very good for streaming music over bluetooth. It is a charm to use voice commands to control my smart home devices.

I Bought the Google home as a house warming gift. It was very well received as they also received half a dozen Phillips hue light bulbs and a Nest thermostat. They work together wonderfully. The Google home also arrived much faster than expected.

This is a good start for Google, while they are two years behind the Amazon Echo, they make up for it with solid Smart home integration and web searches. It is not a complete system yet, however given a little time it could equal or possibly surpass the echo

All one needs to do is say "Hey Google" and your music plays or a question is anwered or your alarm is set or a multitude of other things. It is indeed a "genie for any room.!!

Very easy to set up but not so easy to figure out how to set up with phone.

Overall, super happy with the Google Home. It's an awesome speaker, and it's amazing at hearing "Hey Google" from long distances. It's lacking some functionality that Alexa is able to do. As an early adopter, I'm happy with the product and the price-point.

Bought this as a gift for my parents. One is visually impaired and the other is on full time oxygen. It has proven to be the perfect gift for them. Everything they ask it it understands and responds. They are thrilled and so am I. Great product.

The product has been improving by the day since I procured it around the launch day. Google's machine learning enables the device to understand and answer more questions everyday. It has added even more convenience to home automation products.

Google Home is a great product. We considered purchasing an Amazon Echo instead but decided on Google Home. Google understands most of our requests. There are some things that it still cannot do, but I think it will evolve with time. I highly recommend it!
