Good, but room for improvement.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have Google home and Amazon Alexa, Google home is much better answering questions, faster at search queries, music service works very well. The drawback is that it does not work with insteon devices and other smarthome devices like the ISY994. I would like to get rid of Alexa, not nearly as intuitive as Google home, but the Alexa covers many more skills than Google works with now.

I would have given it 5 stars, but at times it seems a little too sensitive, it is supposed to only respond to "Ok Google" and "Hey Google", but sometimes it actually responds to "Ok and some random word that doesn't sound like Google". It is also annoying when the commercials come on.

I think Home is worth it now, but especially when it gains more skills from Google and third party development. There's still a lot it can't do, but Echo has had more time in the market to mature. I expect Home to become more useful and powerful as it matures also, but with the power of Google search it should become top dog.

It does so many things which you would have imagined to do like seeing your own photos from past, watching favourite shows from youtube, Netflix without need to type it on TV, ask for any song English, and other language. Best part is that it can evolve in future to add more n more services.
