Lightning struck and our TV went out and would not come back on. Corey and Dory found that it was a faulty extension cord. They added a surge protector and a new extension cord and it has worked perfectly since then.

He was knowledgeable and troubleshoot it everything worked fine

I was frustrated and dismayed when my brand new TV displayed a notice that it was “not connected to the internet.” Convinced that I’d made a foolish purchase, I was rescued by two friendly, personable, technically saavy Geeks who came to my house on short notice to reveal the mysteries of the Roku stick to me. These fellows were great. My new TV was up and running in about 5 minutes. So far, so good!

Everything was perfect for the sales tech to the Del and install. Brittan was awesome , he’s delivered to use 3 different times. He’s punctual, polite and thorough. He made the installs easy and stress free. 5 stars !!

This is the best service that Best Buy offers. Nothing works in the system you pay so much for unless it is properly installed and you learn how to use the myriad features. My experience with geek squad has been amazing the David the technician who tried to repair my tv was awesome! Even though he could not fix the tv he let me know that I had been approved for a new tv to replace my broken tv. It just amazing experience through the whole process very understanding and very helpful.

The responding agent was awesome coming on his way. He was able to assist me on the phone. I had already taken care of the issue and he said I did what I needed to do. Definitely recommend having them on my side

The team reconnected my audio receiver, surround speakers and components to my new tv after I got my new tv stand. My new tv is a 65" Sony; Im disabled and cannot lift heavy objects nor bend to hookup the wiring! The techs hooked everything up as fast as possible and had everything running smooth!

Geek Squad May Frazier is my all time Best Buy installer, set up, and troubleshooter since my 2011 55" Samsung 3D, Blu-ray, DVD, 240Hz Smart TV that he set up on my bedroom wall. Jake was his assistant this time.

Super customer service on my laptop cleaning it and updated it fir spy ware. Bought tv and sound system they installed it all. Love it.

The Apple TV remote used to control the whole TV entertainment center (just on and off, apps and volume). It stopped working as well where I needed the TV remote to turn on and off. I thought I needed a new AppleTV so I bought a new one. Still glitchy. So I had GeekSquad out to troubleshoot. I provided a new receiver in case that was the problem. They hooked that up and now I have to use three remotes. I told them to put it back the way it was (2 remotes) and they said maybe it's the TV? Doesn't make sense. Also, they scratched the paint of the wall the TV is on and now I just stare at the white spots behind the TV (wall is painted dark grey).

This installment went well. I was very impressed with the technicians abilities. I assume it would take at least three individuals. Not the cave. Wires could have been dressed up a bit better.
