We have been extremely pleased with the technical help that we've alwayus received from the GEEK SQUAD with the setup and/or troubleshooting of the items I have purchased from my local Best Buy.

He did the best that he could with what was going on with my surroundsound, waiting for the part to come in for you to come back out

They were very efficient and courteous . I was not home to witness I left everything up to my neighbors an the work was complete

I would give a zero ⭐️ but there’s no option. Anyway, He came to the house and he didn’t do anything. He stayed for literally a minute and said that he couldn’t do anything about. He assured me that he would call me later to have someone else take care of it. He called me later stating that someone will contact me. That was in August 28th. I haven’t heard anything since. I called today September 6th and got 4 times and no one seems to be able to help

The teams patiently explained the process and how to Operate our equipment. The were on time, honored our time and completed the work in a timely manner.

The Geek Squad got here on time they completed the job. They asked if I had any questions to answer all my questions and I was happy with the service.

The tech came out reviewed with us the problems we were experiencing with the TV. He did some assessments on his own, then ran some tests with his equipment and explained his findings. He then fixed the problem quickly .

The agents troubled shot our theater controls. Unfortunately they we’re old and on an analog system so he couldn’t help us he had to call a different agent with analog experience

I called for help from the Geek Squad after four attempts by other “home theater professionals”. I was both pleased as well as amazed at how the Geek Squad quickly rewired and left me with a sophisticated home theater system

That you guys that came to my house and mounted my sound bar for my TV were great. They were courteous very easy-going. Things went great. Those are the kinds of people that you need to send out to do a job.

Told wife I got this I don’t need geek squad.well those guys were great didn’t say a thing when they saw my mess just went to work and got my 65”Sony oled with soundbar t-gt wheel And hue lights synced and working awesome.they were professional courteous and acted like I almost had it right I knew better.

The geek squad is a true benefit of being a total tech member. It’s a value because technicians come to your home if needed to help with an installation or technical issue at no cost.

They mounted the t.v. for nicely. After mounting they check to make everything operated correctly.

Geek squad in stalled my dennon receiver and hooked up all my devices to it as well connected up my speakers.

Ethan was great he saw what I needed done and wasted no time taking care of the issue .
