Phenomenal Geek Squad Professionals

They were terrific with their knowledge, kindness, and tenacity! After weeks of dead ends trying to fix a stubborn and tricky problem, our wifi was finally restored! Hallelujah!!!!

Efficient Installation of Wi-Fi System

If he wasn't sure about something, he would contact his supervisor for guidance, as he was new to the job.

Appreciative of their help

I was asked from the start as my subscription was coming due to renew with no hassles. I did that not realizing I had two months left till I had to renew. Geek Squad has helped me a lot and I am grateful for all their help and that is why I stay a member.

Set up new receiver

He was WONDERFUL to work with!!

Outstanding Geek Squad Technician Performance.

It was a pleasure to work with him. But, most importantly, he knew in advance what I purchased from Best Buy, and knew what I was hoping to accomplish, and knew it was the wrong Wi-Fi equipment. So, when he came to do the installation, and saw the lay of the land, he suggested I switch. I agreed, and the system works great (and it was a few dollars less expensive). Outstanding!
