Robert was fabulous. He knew how to connect all my devices. He was pleasant to talk with and very knowledgeable. Geek squad has always done a fabulous job on my installs.

Two Geeks from the Geek Squad spent two hours going over my builder installed network. They traced cables and assessed the old network switch. I wanted them to help me modernize my network so that it would be up-to-date and useful for the next 5 to 10 years. I ordered a NETGEAR 8 port 6E PoE network switch and I then extended my WiFi with new Google Pods. The Geeks came back and set up the switch and positioned the pods for best WiFi signal strength on the main floor and basement. For the work they performed and my own education I think the service charge was well worth it! I recommend the Geeks to help you with your home network issues.

We have never had WiFi in our home. This is more than adequate for one computer and cell phone. So far, so good.

The young man who came out to install the new Eero Wi-Fi system in my home was great. He was on time and got right to work as soon as he got here. Very professional and courteous. The Eero purchased had 3 units and he was most helpful in advising us as to what would be the best way/use of it. We will definitely use the Geek Squad again.

Our tech, Andy, did a GREAT job setting up our entertainment system after another contractor had removed everything when a built-in cabinet was removed for new flooring. Andy was methodical and very helpful in explaining some new WiFi technology we could integrate into our system. The service level was AMAZING!

I had a problem with my wi-fi connections and needed someone to help me understand what the problem was. Geek squad came out and looked it over and helped me identify my problem and fixed it, we discussed service providers and fiber optic . It was well worth it to have this friendly individual explain my problems and help fix me up. Thank you so much. Having the Geek squad come out and see my setup first hand and explain the system and setup worked and fix my problem was well worth the cost. While he was here I also asked about up grading my computer since windows will be changing soon and he explained the changes. I'll be purchasing a new computer from Best Buy and have the Geek squad come out and set it up. A year ago I purchased a TV and had the Geek Squad set it up. It is well worth the cost to have professionals do this. Thank you

Geek Squad delivers every time. I bought the TP link Deco and had issues; they recommended Eero and boy were they right. If you're not a Total/Total Tech member what are you waiting for? Free install and setup on most larger TV's, WIFI systems, sound systems and did I mention Govee outdoor lights? Entended warranties free with mebership!!! :o)

Decided to use the Geek Squad to setup my new WiFi Network. I have utilized the Geek Squad on previous occasions and have never been disappointed. The whole process was simple from scheduling close to a holiday, to the updates about arrival time, to the actual installation and setup. The device was functioning in record time with easy setup for the other computers, Kindles, and phones; the Geek Squad member sent also helped with a printer problem and set the printer up to use as a WiFi printer which is awesome. He insured all devices were functioning correctly and even typed his notes in an email which he sent to me that I could keep as a reference. The complete process was fast, simple, and extremely efficient; the best value for the money. I have recommended this to everyone.

I don’t normally do surveys. I’m usually extremely loyal to companies that treat me right. However, y’all asked me twice for my thoughts. After my service was completed ( not exactly to my very stringent specifications. I’m the one paying. ) I tried on numerous occasions to contact not only my service technician but the manager as well. Via Emails and texts ( I have the receipts ). To have a number of unanswered questions, answered. Now I know what GHOSTED means! I’ve been with the Best Buy Corporation for more than 30 years! I expected a little more respect! You earned my respect through those 30 years. Perhaps it’s time to move on! I know that my moving on from a large corporation doesn’t mean anything. We’re just a number! Stars ⭐️ shouldn’t mean as much as repeat business! Stars don’t pay the bills consumers do.

I rely on Geek Squad to keep my computer running smoothly and virus free. They are always polite and very knowledgable. It is wonderful to have someone to turn to when I do something thats not advisable.

JJ was amazing. He took the time to explain things to us in a very easy to understand way. He was very helpful and patient and answered all of our questions. He was able to easily set up our new Eero/Modum and ensured everything was working appropriately before he left. Great service and highly recommend.
