Totally satisfied with Geek Squad personnel - took time to answer questions and made sure we were happy.

The agents set up my router and Roku, walked e through its operation, and answered all my questions. They were very professional, polite, and clean. I am so glad I opted to let the Geek Squad set up my equipment, because they know what they are doing and they do it well.

The Geek Squad service was amazing! On time, personable and knowledgeable. Even after ee left and we had some trou le with our new decice, they drove back to our house and helped us get back online. Thank you so much! ~Tanja

I have done my homework on home WiFi products and was quite certain of which one I would choose. Everything I read seemed to indicate that setup is SO easy...I purchased my product and came home. Admittedly, I had just moved here and my cable co Internet connection was ALSO brand new and untested. So I set up my new modem and then started with the WiFi...it seemed to work perfectly and them each time seemed to crash. I tried a number of approaches, reboot the modem the router the whole shebang...no success. Out of frustration I contacted the Geek squad who agreed to come out the next day. They emailed me as a reminder and then again that he was on his way. The tech called my cell to say he was enroute. He got here, put shoe booties on to go upstairs and the dove right in. The problem was addressed immediately - the tech showed me the final piece I was missing and what I should expect the system to do and look like during normal operation. He was very courteous. The system is working like a champ! I love it.

The WIFI installers quickly figured out the electrician wired the connectors wrong when he installed the Ethernet cables. Works great now.

William Huffer is the best Geek Squad guy we have ever had. He hooked up the new tv in no time at all and all the other pieces that needed to be replugged to it. Very courtious, honest answered all our questions. I will ask for him in the future with whatever needs to be done.

I had little knowledge of the new erro system before the Geek Squad visit ... but they walked me through the installation and then the set up. they joked with me and put me at ease and made the entire process comfortable ...

Rennier, the technician from Geek Squad, did a terrific job getting my new WiFi up and running. He was cordial and very professional in how he conducted himself, and he clearly knew what he was doing and how to do it, i.e., he was knowledgeable and skillful. I would classify him as a role model for others who might be new to the Geek Squad team and who are going to be doing similar work.

The techs had a terrible time setting up my new printer. I asked that they be sure the scan feature was set up, if necessary, and be sure it is working properly. When I went to scan a document it would not scan. I called phone support and spent well over 1/2 hour trying to get the scan feature working -we were successful—

Geek Squad did not install a TV but a security system. They are timely, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

Very smooth installation. Tech was professional and very knowledgeable. All devices using the router ( e.g. iPads, laptops, phones, Alexa, TV, etc.) were tested and access to Internet validated after the router was installed.

The geek squad agent arrived just as scheduled for the installation. We went over where best to install the main device and 2 other grid extenders. He explained how they work and said he does this type of install quite often. While he installed the equipment he recommended I install the app on my phone. He guided me through all the prompts. All went amazingly smooth until we tested the printer. He said printers can be problematic but he was able to get it working. While I believe I could do this myself I am sure it would of taken a few hours. Why have that stress when you can have an experienced tech do it right the first time.

Agent came in an did a very good job setting up mi wifi and entering everything so it works with the new Google Nest wire mesh.

Technician was able to resolve my problem and made relevant suggestions for overall system performance.

Great experience with Geek Squad. Would highly recommend them to anyone with need of installation issues. They know their stuff.

Oct 2022, my Pinole store made purchasing and help setting up a new wi-fi and modem easy and quick, after I spent about 6 hrs troubleshooting. Returns of devices that didn't resolve my disconnection issue also were easy, no questions asked. The Geek Squad team (Raf and Brittany) who came to my home were knowledgeable and on-task. Had an excellent experience and recommend an in-home appt when it's a struggle to reconnect a home network. $149 for 85 mins is worth it! Ended up with a $200 ARRIS Surfboard 7600 combo/1 device so I'll be good for another 5 yrs or so.

I have a large house with many devises that require wi fi. The geek squad came in and set up a new net system wi fi and my family is pleased with it. I felt comfortable with the knowledge and patience the squad had during set-up. Prompt and friendly service. Thanks
