We bought it for our daughter whose feet were achy from new job on them for long hours and occasional pampering. Just a year later it stopped heating sufficiently...Not usr eif we got a lemon or not

I was so excited to use it, but to my surprise noticed that it was dirty. I found hair in the machine. An internal part was rusted, and there was dust all over it, letting me know it had been used.  I went to the store to return it and the store I had gone to didn’t have a new one that I could exchange it for. This was extremely disappointing,

Doesn’t keep water warm

If you turn on any of the options, the water well overflow, if you put less water in your feet are needed to get Covered.

BEST BUY SUCKS

Every time I place the order bestbuy cancels my order and sends a generic email stating that they have a right to limit volume sales - I'm only ordering 1...what's the issue? BS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
