Bought as a small gift for my spouse but has been useless.This can be compared to those TV infomercial items....where it is not really what you see that you get. The issue with the item is the design. You have to hold it with both hands to use, meaning you can't do any thing else while massaging your neck. Secondly, it does not adapt to your neck shape or size. Finally, this des not do any massage at all....you'll hardly feel anything when using.

I bought 3 last year for family members and they love them I tried it and it relieves a lot of tension in neck and shoulders

At first I was hesitating on buying this product, but went I tried it made me relaxed. And since it works on a 110-240v and it can be used with batteries only, it makes more friendly user.

I suffer with constant headaches and a back massager will not reach the arch of the neck.I purchased this because it also has warm when used with electricity ( does not heat with batteries).I can also fit on the lower part of back as I am 40 inches. I will continue to use but would like better if the balls in unit would move horizontally and allow for my adjustment. Still would rate excellent for price and relief when you can't afford a masseuse 24-7

This is the second one of homedics neck massagers we purchased. Reliefs tension pretty fast and the heat is just right. Did not want to share anymore with my husband so I went and bought him his own one. Great product

I love this item. It really helps after long days at work when my shoulders are hurting. It heats up well and my daughter uses it a lot for her neck pains.

This little vibrating neck massager does exactly what I was expecting. There are two speeds and a heat button. It gets warm, but not too hot. I find it relaxing.

I love this neck massager. The fact that it vibrates and has heat are great!! Helps my arthritic neck.

I had shoulder and neck tension towards the end of my pregnancy. This worked great as I was able to use myself and the heat option was a bonus. When not using works as a great neck pillow too.

Vibration is not very strong, even on level 2 (which is the highest level). Heat is fine. Didn’t help with my neck pain.

Works like a charm! Great for people who sit at desks all day!

Purchased as a gift for my brother and he loves it

I had originally bought the more expensive version of this but returned it. After moving into my new apartment ( moving sucks), I needed a message. Boyfriendless, this came in handy.

This is a great item to buy for yourself or as a gift. Several good setting on it to help you relax to the max. Enjoy!

It works fine , I don't see it very effective to my neck though, but this just depends on how much of a strong massage is needed and thats a personal preference

This neck massager is well made and does provide adequate heat and vibration however to get the full effect one has to pull down on the straps.

Perfect for my sister that has neck issues. She has been using one she had to hold up on her neck and this is so much better. Just lays around the neck.

Hubby purchased this to try out and had me to try it. I’m just fine say that I’m not a fan. It was way to big and bulky. I would prefer something smaller and softer. It worked fine, but I didn’t like it.

I have issues with my neck and shoulders. This is fantastic with the massage and the heat is an added bonus. Really helps to relax.
