Never regretted a purchase more

This is unusable for me, I was hoping I would adjust to it, or find a setting that worked. It's incredibly heavy and uncomfortable to wear, the motors make more noise then the built in speakers, not at all relaxing. After using this for only a few minutes, my eyes are more sore and my vision is blurry - not what I was expecting at all. My Mistake #1 Ordering this device #2 Not returning with BB's incredibly short return window (thought I had more time as a BB card holder, appears to no longer be the case)

So relaxing

The music, massage and heat are nice features to help with relaxing. The only thing that bothers me some is the noise during the massaging..it sometimes is hard to hear the music over the noise.
