This product is amazing!! The sand patterns it makes really are so cool. The packaging was well done and setup was really easy…took me under 3 minutes. The app is extremely simple to use also which I was a bit nervous about beforehand. Highly suggest trying out the beautiful light modes they set such an awesome vibe in our family room

The first NIB unit failed and replacement also failed. The first unit would not connect to the app or respond and was replaced by Homedics. The replacement item worked for two weeks and is now inoperable and experiencing the same failures as the first unit. It will not connect to the app (bind failure), unit will not power on or off (buttons do not respond when pressed) and unit will not function or connect after multiple app and unit resets. This renders this expensive “relaxing” unit useless. Homedics is manufacturing, marketing and selling the expensive ST200 under the guise of being operable. It is not, DO NOT BUY!

Starting with the positive , this is a neat item to have and observe while you go about your day. This looks and feels like a sturdy well put together item, physically speaking. Unfortunately that's where the good part ends. The IOS App is more or less a buggy inoperable mess. If this came with a remote control for the functionality this would not matter but using the app is a requirement and truly not really optional to go without it. If an app is a requirement to use your product at least get the basics down or don't bother. This app just doesn't work. A good app for comparisons sake would be the ember smart mug app. You use it once to setup then never again if you don't want too. It just works. Don't bother buying this. For the same or similar price you can get some neat wall art or a similar size custom table art at a local museum art exhibit.

This product is so cool... Ive had it for a while and i love the concept. I gave it 2 stars because the app is terrible to use. Which in turn makes the drift difficult and frustrating to work with. I just dont know why a company would make such a great product and pair it with such a sub standard app. I was going to buy more of these foe different areas of my house, but its not worth it.

So disappointing... The product itself seems awesome but in order for it to operate, it requires a functioning app. The android app is unusable. The app crashes before you can get to the main interface. This is a known problem with many reviews noting the same issue. Too bad! I wS looking forward to this gift for months.

Right out of the box this thing was awesome. Tons of patterns and colors, it was mesmerizing to watch. However, after bringing it back to my house after Christmas, it stopped working. The app became unresponsive and the device didn’t work, even when i did the factory reset. Ive reached out to customer service multiple times and have not heard from anyone.

Purchased the 11” drift and received about a week ago. Downloaded the app and set up was easy to use. Still going through the different designs it can make and it seems easy to use. Have not figured out my playlist yet bit no issues with the app or Drift. Worth the price and free shipping assisted me to purchase through Best Buy over Homedics directly.

It worked for about 20 minutes until I did an update which failed and I was never able to get it to work again. Contacted support and did not receive a response. Returned it and am going to try the 16 inch which has much better reviews and it looks like a different app.

WORTHLESS! i purchased 10-2023, and still cannot use it as of 06-2024! The software/app will not function to use this $200.00 piece of JUNK! I've requested a refund from homedics several times, they agreed but never gets done!! Save your money! The larger table I have works great, but FTK that purchased and manages the current homedics is horrible! they continue to sell to consumers knowing this will not function! That is consumer fraud! i hope an attorney gets ahold of this company--or at least saves a new consumer from being out $200. for nothing! completely disappointing! i did not purcase from bestbuy---this was purchased through homedics--im just trying to warn anyone looking at this table to avoid!

Do not purchase the Drift. The app doesn't work and the company is doing little about it. I purchased one for my mother for Christmas and it is the most frustrating experience I've had with any product. After hours on hold, the best advise they had was to tell me when the Best Buy return window closes... and all the while they advertise this as a stress reducing product.

I was nervous due to some concerning reviews about the app but so far my experience has been great. Entire setup took under 5 minutes and I have had no issues getting the app to connect. It’s currently sitting in my living room on a side table between 2 of my couches. Everyone who comes over asks about it and wants to play with it. I started by downloading a bunch of individual patterns but ended up reverting to playlists that they had already made to keep it easy. So far I am really enjoying my drift.

So excited to get this as a christmas gift from my wife, and we were all amazed by it from the start. 24 hours later, we got back home to find the LEDs were not working. Followed the troubleshooting instructions and it wouldn’t power back up. So dissapointing, and its not cheap.

This product is so relaxing and helps me get off my phone! It’s great when I need to unwind

Having the best time with my drift. It's a huge hit with the family and friends who have come over. Great purchase will likely be splurging and buying another one.
