      Sorry to hear you did not like this massager. We do have another model that has a shiatsu massage function your looking for. It is model NMS-620H and it can be found at Best Buy.

    Great massager. Pretty strong, portable and cute. The onlynthing is you have to pull the strap and hold onto it to get the massager close to your neck.
