Hi, I read the previous reviews before purchasing this massager. When this was bought, another Homedics Massager was bought also. What I was trying to do, was compare the 2. Price VS Quality. The other massager did have a price tag of 1/2 versus this 1. But was it the bang for the dollar; unfortunately no. This I bought from bestbuy.com with a coupon and that's how Best Buy was able to have theirs cheaper than other retailers. Quality wise, YES this is more sturdy than models around 1/2 the cost. It does reach your shoulders; some of the cheaper models, don't. It comes with a 2 year warranty which is also nice. DO remember to unlock the back of it with the allen key provided before using. All in all, would I recommend this...YES. My honest opinion 4.5 out of 5. So you get what you pay for. Hopefully you get a good deal. Thank You

This message machine works well. I wish it would work up higher on the back and neck. All of the controls are an addition to the old one that I used. This machine really gives a deep heated soothing message.

If you like a deep body massage then this is for you. My Girlfriend and I love it. It is heavenly for your body aches. The only thing that I wished it had was a timer to adjust the time you want. Thank you Best Buy, Hope you all enjoy!

I absolutely love this product. It definitely helps with tight back issues. We use it all the time. It is a little cumbersome. But totally worth it.

Love my message cushion, only wish it would go a little higher up on my back but I am also 6ft 1.

The first time I turned it on it sounded like someone was inside with a hammer trying to get out. When I returned it, your customer service man was very understanding making the return very easy.

This is a great product, the only thing they could add is a cushioned seat because the rollers don't go down enough for my lower back sciatica pain that I have.
