Not a lot of pressure . Did not like it. Feel like it wasn’t doing anything

It is as all these things are, well intended but not much to it.

Ok product . I would not recommend this for anyone

I was not happy with this product. It was expensive even on sale. The feet pockets are tight enough so with the compression feature, my husband could not even insert his whole foot. The massage feature felt like sharp objects massaging my feet. Not recommended.

So so, i think some korean brand good more than this one

My wife used this product for a couple of days, then never used it again.

Did not like the item. Was hoping for a better quality and better effect

Heat doesn’t work. Bought for Mother’s Day. Very short return time- bought April 28 and return time expired by may 15. Caught off guard and disappointed in Best Buy standing by product. The heat function was the most important. Junk, annoyed

Not worth the money to me so I returned it back to the store

I ordered this product online for my sister birthday gift. What I received was a damaged box. The foot massager was in a ripped bag which was very dirty. It looks like a used product that had been returned. I had no choice but return it to the store. I was so upset that I don’t want to spend a single penny in Best Buy anymore.

Not sure if the product itself was of this low quality or it was a used product which was delivered to me. The inner padding is loose and feels like plastic. Heating does not work. Surely going to return this.

Terrible product. It was sent used. Box was taped with best buy tape so i knew it was used. Retuned it the same day

Didn't feel the strength, it basically felt like someone was scratching my feet rather than a shiatsu massage.

I have not used this product and plan to return it. It arrived with the box all ripped and taped up as if it had been used and returned. I do not feel comfortable reviewing or recommending it since it has not been used.

It worked a total of 3 times and then quit. It was used no longer than 3 minutes each time. A dud it was

Pretty good for the price. Not great but good enough for a little massage. My 9 year old son likes it too, which is very cute. At the two year mark the wire on bottom/pwr cord, burned out and scorched my carpet so probably best to NOT USE on carpet.

Purchase product at the end of July by mid September it has stopped working. I’m now past the return date so I’m stuck with $100 piece of junk.

Just bad app the way around. The massage just hurt my feet

Gave my husband early X-mas present; he noticed the difference in his feet and legs immediately. Complained all last winter about feeling cold and tingly and slight numbness in feet. Uses the standard 15 minutes while eating breakfast, and he's ready to put on his workboots and head to the barn. May have to take stronger measures later on, but for the last 30 days the massager has provided all-day relief. Have already recommended to 2 other people. Thanks for getting it here so quickly.
