    Worked great till it didn’t. Only a month old, and 4 days after the window to return to Best Buy and it stopped working! So disappointing.

    Somewhat hard to review an item that never showed up, but I’ll do my best. Ordered this back massager for my wife for Xmas and the day it was supposed to be delivered, I received a notice that my order had been canceled. I contacted customer support and actually had a very good experience with the gentleman that assisted me. It turned out that the item was no longer available for sale by Best Buy and I was forced to find a replacement item on Amazon which still hasn’t arrived, so my poor wife is still waiting for her gift.

    Purchased for my wife for Christmas. She really didn't like the hard feel of the massage and described it as painful. I was able to return it.

    Product was broken when i turned it on. Only one side worked and it sounded like the gears were skipping. It looked like it had been opened before and someone returned it.
