    Stop working after a couple weeks. Purchased 7/28/24 and stopped working 8/6/24. When it did work, it was great and warmed up the water quickly. Now it just beeps and works as if there's some sort of short or blown out fuse on it. I wouldn't recommend it especially how expensive it is.

    Disappointing. This was a gift from Santa for my 10 year old daughter and about a month after Christmas it quit working. It originally allowed heat only, bubbles only or both. The heat only button stopped working. The only way to have heat now is also with the bubbles. The bubbles can be loud, so she liked to have the heat. It was past the return window or else I would've returned it.

    Subpar at best. Bubbles hardly even make a difference, you barely notice them. Its essentially a bucket of warm water that your feet sit in. Overpriced.

    Have only had it for a month, but it works perfectly so far. Got it for my husband, who likes it. I like it. My grandma tried it and likes it. The only downside is the handle doesn't lock, so you can't carry it by the handle when it's full of water.

    just recieved as a gift waited almost 30 minutes does not heat water is same temperature as when i poured it in . Bubbles just are for sound effects I’m hoping Best buy will let me return
