This isn't as good as I thought it would be!! Only lasts for one cycle keeps having to be plugged in. this is ever since we have gotten it

Very user friendly and made by a reputable company in the USA

I keep it in the car and sanitize keys, glasses, and watch when I go home. I've turned it on at least 10 times and i'm still on my first charge. If it in fact sanitizes, then the product is great.

I can only say that “I bought these as gifts which were very well received by two guys that can be really picky.” Since I have not used one myself, I cannot give the item five stars.

It does exactly what it says it does and it easy to use.

I can't verify that it has sanitized the items, other than by following the instructions, so I assume it's working as designed.

Well, I thought this was a good idea just to help with all this pandemic going on. But, I have no idea if it is really working, for the cost better safe than sorry.

Good product. Only wish the clips in the bottom were bigger, so that they would hold my Galaxy 3 phone. The phone falls over because the clips are too small.

It was supposed to blink blue signifying it was operational and instead about half the time it blinked red which was supposed to equate the zipper not being closed properly and unable to operate the unit (until the correction was/is made). The zipper was fully closed each time and had no malfunction. Important to know: Purchased bag to use with N95 masks. Too small. While you might be able to get it to close and zip without the clips or plate, it is a very tight fit. While the mask will not hurt the uvc unit, the uvc unit will hurt the mask. Had no problem with the mask for first three uses. After using the Homedics UVC Bag, the mask leaks on the bottom. Remember the mask is flexible but the short period with uvc may have placed enough external force to bend it out of shape. There was no difference in appearance but while wearing the mask after uvc bag used, air freshener was noted and coolness was noted at bottom of chin. Upon reapplying mask x3, same occured. Return yesterday to Boca Raton, Fl store. They did not give receipt and stated the return would arrive in email. Just checked...all okay.

Difficult to charge and stopped working after a few months.

I gave this to my son as an early Christmas gift and he was THRILLED! He absolutely loves it. I purchased another one to give to my friend for a birthday present in January. (I wanted to be sure they were not all gone.)

Well, because of all the germs and microorganisms being too small to see, you must take this product on faith that is working.

Wish I could say a lot of positive things about this one. It's awkward to use. The removable phone clips are well designed, but incredibly tough to get in and out. The battery is a bit weak if you plan to use this more than every so often on your phone or something like glasses. 4 or 5 cycles is what i get out of it, but experiences may vary a bit from there.

You think the elites can take me down with the virus that has a chip in it? No I bake my body with this and it’s better than a Trojan on the protection part…must get

Glad I purchased. Wish it was bigger. We use to sanitize masks in-between wears/washes.

If it gives piece of mind you shell out the moola. It's UV so yes it likely does what it says.

Nice product easy to use. Might be a bit small for very large phones.

I drop my phones and keys in here when I get home. It works fine.

Great product. It seems to be sanitizing my item but as others has said, I wish it was a little bigger.
