At first i didn’t think it was working. if you cycle it twice you can tell it works. Wished the battery held a longer charge.

I love that i no longer need to use liquid on my telephone.

But the light turns on and I haven't gotten sick yet.

Once I received this product and tried using it, I got the red and blue flashing light. After looking into the instruction manual it said the UV was broken. Kind of annoying to go through a purchase and the product was defective from the start and having to return it.

Great on the phones but I have concerns for my eye glasses and watch. It left little black spots on them both.

It doesn’t stay charged so not able to sanitize and the return period is way shorter so you can’t even return and I bought this on 5/25 and return end period was June 11 so I would not recommend this product at all

I guess it works, I really have no way finding out.

Doesn’t work. Way to much money for this product. Light doesn’t come on.

I bought one and the light never turned blue. I returned it and bought another same thing. Very disappointing.

Thought this would be a great little item for cell phones and other small items. Unfortunately, after the 4th use the indicators started flashing red and blue. I tried recharging it, but no change. Manual said it indicated damaged UV bulbs. Made no sense to me, but I returned it for an exchange. Best Buy swapped it quickly via UPS. Unfortunately, as soon as I charged the replacement sanitizer and tried to use it, the same red/blue flashing lights started on the indicator. Two for two is a bad record when dealing with defects.
