Otherwise my centeal air would limp at around 78F inside. This unit is not the quietest so I would not recommend for a bedroom. Very light so it is easy to carry if needed. Installation was seamless, unbox and hookup. Only downside is the lack of controls via an app.

Very very good product with excellent quality and super cheap price . Cool down to 70f from 79f for my 600 sqf living room included kitchen in 20 minutes . 9 yrs old kid can hook up the window kit . I highly recommend you guys to purchase this magic portable air conditioner .

Noisy as can be

I have an older Honeywell unit that I really love, it is about half as loud as this u it is. I’m not sure if my unit is just defective or what, but I hate using it. I’ve been considering returning it since I got it. I’ve only used it three or four times, due to its obnoxious noise. Also, the window thing is too short for my window.m, by about 6 inches, my old unit has a longer window thing. On the bright side, it does cool nicely and is easy to use.

Honeywell untis make use of dual motor technology, making them quieter than most others in the market. The length of the window bracket is designed to fir windows with a maximum length of 38.2 inches. You will need to get an extension if your windows are longer than that. Loud but works great

Its a little loud, but we dont mind. Cools the entire 500sq ft area in our house in about 10 minutes.

Way to Noisy for bedroom use

The compressor noise is way too loud for a bedroom. I bought this early and have another Honeywell similar to this and it is quiet compared to this machine, I am buying a different brand tomorrow. Disappointed that this machine made it past Honeywell Quality Control.

A little loud at night but on par with air purifiers or box fan. Need to account for window lip. Had to use foam board insulation as a mount for it to work in the window.

size parameters as stated in the manual (19.9 inches+ 19.9 inches; Min. Length 28.9” (73.3cm)
Max.Length 38.2” (97.0cm)), the window bracket can be cut shorter to fit by bringing it to a

Terrible humming noise

Extremely annoying!!!

Unfortunately already threw the packaging out.So I decided to contact honeywell themselves about getting a replacement. Even though I provided purchase order and date of purchase honeywell did not have good customer service and did not help at all
