    Its OK. Purchased as a temp fox until mini-split was installed I thought it would would keep up but its struggling to cool living room and kitchen

    Works perfectly, haven’t had one issue so far and with my other ac in the other room this cools my upstairs perfectly. Doesn’t take long at all and sounds quiet enough not like other ac’s.

    Replaced a previous portable ac unit that cooled my 459sqft room pretty good with this unit after the old one stopped working about 6 years in. This unit does NOT cool my room at all. It was 80 degrees in the room and each hour of the ac being on, it dropped ONE degree. By my calculations, it would take about 10 hours of continuous operation to reach 70 degrees, if ever. Plus it kept spitting out water all over the floor. I hooked up a drain hose to the back and it still leaked water everywhere in front of the unit. This unit says it will cool a room up to 700sqft but it didn't even cool my 459sqft room plus it spits water out every where. I've never had a portable ac this bad. I definitely returned after about 10 days of trying to make this thing work better... and not leak. Waste of my time and effort. Do not buy. You will definitely regret it.

    I was sent a used AC but still thought I would try it. It did not work. Not sure why I was sent a used AC. It was clear by the packaging that it had been previously owned. Do BETTER Best Buy!!!!

    This air conditioner arrived after a week of shipping and it didnt even work. I plugged it in and it showed an error code “E2”. Good luck finding out what that means for this specific model of portable air conditioner. I tried to call honey well tech support but after 30 minutes of being on hold i gave up. I called best buy tech support and they told me to return it. Waste of money.

    Came as an open item and broken. Tried to get new replacement and had nothing but issues. Still never got it and had to return it for money back. So disappointed. Cant review how product worked since it came broken.
