    Arrived broken and return process was very frustrating

    Unit never worked

    The Wi-Fi would not work, which did not really matter since the unit would not run. The water level indicator light was blinking red even though bucket was empty and properly in place. By the time I realized the unit was never going to work, it was too late to return the item. I tried to reach out to Honeywell for assistance and was unable to get any help there.

    Don’t but this unless it’s for a very small room! WI-FI doesn’t work. I would look for another brand! Sorry I didn’t return.

    Wifi useless

    Instructions on connecting to the internet are terrible. You just have to stumble into getting it connected. I had to reboot my modem remotely for a different reason and the unit didn't automatically connect. I am a thousand miles away and the dehumidifier is off line. Wifi totally useless.
