So far, so good. Amazing how much water it can pull out of the basement air while only operating intermittently. Also, easy to dump water from collecting bin. Prefer to the highly rated Midea model which requires lifting heavy operating unit out of collecting basin to empty. Have not yet tried using continuous pumping option but glad to have it available. Easy to use controls.

The pump didn’t function and the tank overflowed all over the place . The tank was full and the unit didn’t shut off. What a mess. The 800# said to return it bcs prob damage in shipping.
