It was easy to setup: simply attached the hose and connectors to the back of the unit and turned it on. It's fairly, especially in the highest of three fan speeds, loud but that was expected.

But worst has to be the water reservoir and impossible not to get water everywhere which considering it constantly needed emptying resulted in my nice cherry floors popping up from moisture n worse it even plain leaks in the bottom area n had I not had to move it completely every Tim it needs to be drained I’d never known

Would never buy again

Two years later, none are working. This was for a ground floor condo in the Northwest so demand was limited. One was under warranty ( 1 year) and when it stopped working. The new one they sent came damaged and Honeywell would not replace it. I would NEVER buy from this company again and I have never posted a negative review, but this was the most disappointing consumer experience I have ever had.

Quiet and Good Quality

I have another one that is a different model and a few years old. Both are great. THIS one is way quieter and works great. It took a little effort to get everything together and set up, but well worth it. I do wish the exhaust hose was longer because my windows are high up and I had to set it on a cabinet so the hose would reach. Aside from that, no complaints at all. It's so great when it's 90 degrees outside and you're sitting in a nice cool house :)

I did like the little automated vent that slowly opens and closes. However it seemed like the fans were always on hi. As if the unit could never reach the set temperature for the room. The unit was very noisy compared to my Delonghi Air Conditioner from Costco with whisper quiet.
