It’s a great System, however I have to set it up so I can have a drain connected to it so the excess water can go into a bucket. Also The very side corner at the bottom on the left side is beginning to leak so now I have two bucket under it!

I bought this 14, 000 BTU unit to cool off my living room, dining room, kitchen and it is really not doing a good job. I only have about 450 sq ft. It's too much money, I HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON and NOW I cannot return it. I had to have a second line installed to run it from the BREAKER box just to be safe. This is ridiculous. I have 3 fans running in here in addition! My elecrtric bill is going to be astronomical. I would have been better off purchasing a big window unit.

Our original order arrived within a week of ordering. We noticed that upon opening the box that the ac was very Greasy/oily. After installing into a window and excitedly preparing to battle the heat, we found that the ac was pumping out warm air. We tried everything to remedy this situation but it just wasn’t happening so we had to send it back. UPS and Best Buy were great in assisting us. The second order did not have the grease on the body of the machine. Unfortunately the remote was not included with this package so had to have that shipped to us separately from Honeywell. We did find that this new ac was actually blowing cold air which is nice for the $800 spent (we also bought a 2 year warranty). Our duplex is an old building and the electrical design must be outdated because we kept tripping the fuse after attempting to plug into several different outlets. Eventually we had to settle for a corner of the house which doesn’t seem to reach the bedroom. Our living room gets nice and frosty though. I do question the 700 sf cooling capacity but also keep in mind that the layout of your place might hinder its ability to reach a certain room. All in all, the machine works okay but our experience hasn’t been the best. We have had it up and running for a couple weeks and the living room can be 20 degrees cooler than my office. Good luck.

Powerful unit in a compact size. It is very easy to set up and operate. Looks great too. Quiet as can be for all its power.

So glad i chose this one, It does a great job of cooling my cathedral ceiling with loft Log addition.Absolutely no fuss set up. It gets so cool I must turn it off some nights. Quiet and nice to look at. definately worth the extra dollars.

Does a great job cooling a room of about 750 square feet. Is quiet and filters are easy to clean.

Quiet, efficient, and no negative air suction. Very happy.

Learning curve on getting the right setting to keep it a steady temperature. But a true answer for our old house without central air. Best used in upper floors as we haven’t figured out how to use them on ground floor without compromising secure windows.

Good portable AC. We have a bonus room above garage and live in SC. It would get very warm (83) even with a whole house AC system. This unit was able to keep this 500 sq ft room comfortable. We’ve tried other units but I think since this one has two hoses instead of one, made the difference. We haven’t needed to drain the unit either. Impressed with this one. You won’t be disappointed. Worked well the first year!

I love the product, but the thing to connect it to my windows are way to short to connect it to any of my windows I am trying to get a bigger ones I can’t get them anywhere so what’s the point of making a great product and destroy it with something so stupid!

This is a piece of garbage. Owned less than 6 months. Used for two months. Already doesn't cool. Do not buy.
