However , we set it up just like it said and with in a few hours it was leaking all over the place . We knew you eventually have to drain it but we emptied it and it still leaks all over the place . I’m taking it back to exchange for a new one . Very upset being I paid a lot for it .

Poorly Designed and Poorly Functioning Unit..,

The other issue is when the humidity is high, water collects and the drain is located at the very very bottom of the unit and it is impossible to lay a pan flat on the ground to collect the water that drains out. Who ever engineered this in this day and age clearly has no focus on the end user. I would never buy this unit again.

The item did look excellent and was well packaged. BUT this think makes water more than niagra falls. Flooded my room multiple times, it's supposed to shut itself off if it is full, but it just keeps going. Water every where. I have two other (different brand units) in my house and this is the only one that does this. Returned and glad to be rid of it.

Worst AC ! Don't buy!

In a matter of hours there would be a puddle of water on the floor. So much money spent on an ac that lasted 1 month and unfortunately I was not able to return it.
