So far so good. It’s removing at least two containers of water each day which is great. But it never seems to shut off. Giving it more time to determine whether my basement viewing room is just that saturated with dampness.

Works great to lower humidity. Quiet and efficient.

I ordered it on-line. It arrived quickly. The unit is quiet and effective. The only negative was the difficulty of registering for a warranty because i don't have great computer skills.

I never write reviews. But I am so frustrated by Honeywell and the manufacturer they used, Jmatek. I purchased this product in March 2022 and it is no longer under warranty. Well I do understand that I don’t understand why there isn’t ongoing technical support for a $300 piece of equipment. The unit failed outside of the one year warranty. I sent a message to the manufacturing company and was told the product is no longer under warranty. See below for the verbiage they sent me. “Thank you for the information and photos provided to process your warranty claim. Unfortunately, our techs have concluded that this a humidity sensor issue, which is only covered for the first year of our limited warranty. Your unit is no longer under warranty and therefore not eligible for replacement. Naturally, we are never pleased to know that one of our products has malfunctioned, regardless of whether or not the warranty has expired. Our goal is always to provide full satisfaction to all of our customers. We stand behind the quality and reliability of all of our products and hope that you will consider purchasing from us again in the future. ” Are you kidding me? What kind of customer service is that and why would I ever purchase another one of their products? I escalated this and was finally sent a replacement sensor. Quite grudgingly I might add. That sensor didn’t work. I was then told I need to contact an HVAC professional for support. I reached out to a friend of mine, and he said that it would cost me almost half of what the unit cost me for him to just look at it. That’s ridiculous. I cannot believe a product costing $300 has no ongoing technology support. To me that is beyond ridiculous and they know that their product is garbage. I would give it a -1000 stars if I could for the simple fact that their customer service was so poor and I’ve been dealing with this since October. I recommend highly not purchasing this product.

With high humidity this summer my basement needed help. I wish I had purchased it sooner. So far so good, no complaints.

This unit is working great so far. We use it keep our basement dry, and it runs almost constantly in the spring, summer & fall. It replaced another of a different brand that I was happy with initially also, but didn’t last more than about 18 months before it stopped dehumidifying. Only time will tell if this one lasts longer.

Good product would recommend to anyone who’s is looking for a good product at a good price

Works great. Tank is small so it only holds 7.5 qts of water. Therefore it was to be emptied often.

This dehumidifier does a wonderful job! Its worth the money. I would recommend it.

The dehumidifier has kept the basement dry. It is quiet.
