    Replaced a Hisense unit. In a dry unfinished basement, used to keep from getting damp. We'll see how long the Honeywell lasts.

    Haven’t had it that long however seems to be working fine. Have the humidistat at 45 and it hasn’t gotten there yet to see if it shuts off.

    It works well so far. We keep it in the basement and let it run 24/7. It can collect 2 tanks of water per day for the most humid days.

    Seems to work well but some instructions are confusing and the measurement of humidity differs from my two instruments. I'm really disappointed in the drainage tube. It is narrow and flimsy.

    This unit replaces two dehumidifiers in our basement. It’s quieter than they were and does the work of both. It keeps the basement at the selected humidity and has a large water tank which emptying it less frequently. Very happy with the purchase.

    As an appliance supplier, Best Buy is very good. I’m sick and tired of buying a new dehumidifier every 3 years as soon as the manufacturer’s warranty runs out. Will this one last longer- I doubt it.
