Honeywell To The Rescue

My industrial size unit, is low on freon, but uses R22. It's literally junk now, and would cost $2700 to replace it (pictured behind the Honeywell). The Honeywell is working extremely well, it's draining directly into my sump. It's been working for several weeks, and brought my music studio's humidity down to where I prefer it. Thanks Best Buy!

Container capacity also is quite impressive, I wish the drain hose to the sink had been longer I will purchase my own piping to suit my needs

It removed so much moisture it kept filling the bucket I just hooked up the drain hose and now it is effortless I can even control it from my phone You can’t go wrong with this Honeywell 70 pint.

We had to return the item as it froze up after a short time of using it. We replaced it with a second one and had another problem too.

Just needed to adjust front of it up an inch. Digital setting for humid. level. 5 year limited warranty, so did not add Best Buy warranty. Has defrost, and no pump (we don't need a pump, since not dumping up into sink).

Bad customer service

Firstly, it looks like they have outsourced customer service, and they are just bad. There is no phone number to contact. They ask to fill out an online inquiry form, but no one responds. I am disappointed that the unit is not working and that I have nowhere to go to get the issue resolved.
