The water level indication is broken and it leaked condensate all over my floor and warped it. I’ve now drained it 3 times and it doesn’t cool like it did. Now it’s a 600.00 paperweight. And it’s hot af. Wish I bought a real window unit

The one thing about this unit, it uses dual connectors to the window, instead of the single. Intake and outflow on the back of the unit have a separate connection for maxium efficiency. Units with dual connectors for larger area I read are better units. Make sure your window can fit both connection.
