Placed this in a room that is 30 x 15. But has French door which open to the entry way. I had competitors units that did not work as well, cost $100 more and also did not last. In high 80s weather this unit worked great. Kept entire first floor (40 x 35) cool. 2 months in and I love this purchase.

We do not recommend using the unit in continuous drain mode if it is operating in the cooling mode.

I don’t have AC in my Condo so purchasing this portable AC. Is a great addition to preventing a heat stroke! It is really cool and I’m glad I can put it on a Timer for it to go off when it gets cool.

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Arrived yesterday, I opened it up and plugged it in today and checked the temperature output, the internals got to below -7degrees F and past that my infrared thermometer would not read anything. It's in the 90s currently so don't think I'll be trying the heat anytime soon but this thing so far is well worth it. Only thing I do not like about it is the output fin has to be adjusted manually but that is a small price to pay for this good of output!

It is a workhorse it worked almost 24x7 for weeks and weeks and it is running like a champ.

Also wish getting a sliding glass door insert would be easier, but I think I found one online through a major retailer that starts with an A. Cools my living room well overall.

Why the change? Very inconvenient

It slips on but any movement it pops off. The direction of the hose connectors aren’t clear unless you can read the thread alignment. Mine popped off and I couldn’t get it on and instructions are non existent on that. All the other models lock at both ends.
