I’m a heating and cooling refrigeration technician. When I say it works. It works. You don’t hear the compressor at all . All you hear is the fan motor on high speed. And that’s with any unit.

Plugged in and tried to turn on today and nothing. Indicator lights do not turn on when plugged in. Opened the drains to check if there is water accumulated from the condenser and dehumidifier and there is no water accumulated. I had this delivered to my home because it is large and heavy. Now I have no option but to return it to the store to try for a repair.if I leave a less than one star review I would.
