It's such a hassle to get the part without having to return the entire unit. Will probably have to hunt for the right exhaust hose before editing my review or returning. So far not impressed. Also had my unit picked up curbside, it looks more like a manufacturing defect.

The compressor was really loud. The remote control didn't respond most of the time. Didn't cool well at all. Beware putting this unit on a 15 amp circuit- it kept tripping my GFCI outlets and I ended up having to replace the outlet.

Room environment conditions such as ceiling height, sunlight, number of windows/ doors and level of insulation can affect cooling efficiency and there are ways to increase the capacity of these units. There could be other reasons for the unit to not cool- temperature setting could be too high, the dust filter could be dirty, or the air outlet could be blocked. Like any other electrical device, this unit will create some sounds while operating and that is normal. Sad excuse for a retail store

No proper us style standard drain connection. Took forever to get asthe item wasout of stock and no one bothered to tell me until 10 days after ordering and then took almost 30 days to get the item, poor customer service.

First time was delivered and left in the rain. Second time it had been bought and returned by someone else. Box didnt even have a bottom on it. Was like when it was returned the cut the bottom off slid it back over it and shipped to me.

Blows nothing but hot air
