Originally had two of the previous model Honeywell air purifiers, decided to use these larger models. The first units came completely destroyed since they were shipped to my home in original packaging. I exchanged for other units that were available in-store for pickup. One of the units had a rattle sound that seemed like the panels had loose screws. You can't tighten them yourself unless you have torx security screwdrivers. I was able to exchange that unit again. After having these for several months, they both rattle now and sounds like the internal fan is not balanced well. The fan itself is fairly quiet, it just rattles the rest of the unit. I have also tried moving the unit from a hard surface floor to carpet and that didn't make much difference. Also the HEPA filters are easy to replace but the charcoal pre filter replacement is much thinner than the original and very difficult to keep in place to close the front panel after installing.

My favorite feature is the Auto function. It knows when to turn up the fan speed when you're cooking it the air has more impurities.
