Works as intended. For $300 I would have hoped for a little bit better build quality. Pro’s: cleans air very good. Con: it is a little bit noisy.

Low noise on some settings and higher noise on others like allergy. Overall good system. Recommended.

The purifier was upside down in the box. There was no manual or paperwork of any sort. There is an overwhelming plastic smell. There are some scuffs on the body of the machine that I wouldn't expect to see on what was sold as a brand new appliance. Customer service went MIA from chat twice when I asked them to let me know my options having appeared to receive a previously owned unit (sold to me as new). Then the chat option disappeared as well! And when I tried to e-mail my chat transcript to me via the automated system, there was supposedly an error and they were "unable to send" the transcript, which also disappeared so I was unable to copy it or screen shot to document that I had contacted them to address the issues. There was dust and dirt on the plug that would not ever accumulate in a new unopened product. The plastic bag around the air purifier was also really beat up. Now that I have actually installed the filters the machine is emitting a chemical smell that makes my lungs ache. The chemical smell when I first opened the box was overwhelming. This is almost certainly going to be returned. I will move it to a part of the house I am not spending time in and run it for a couple of days to see if the fumes dissipate and if the air quality seems to improve any as compared to without the filter running. It was delivered quickly, just a day or two later than promised. But what on earth?! Upside down and dirty/1 Lots of scuffs as well, but the filters were in sealed plastic bags which makes me think either the previous buyer never actually turned it on or, worse, Best Buy threw some replacement filters in with what they knew was a used appliance and then sold it to me as new. Worst case scenario they were sloppy (didn't properly check a return then reshipped it to an unsuspecting customer as "New") or dishonest (knowingly took a used machine and put in unused filters to make it look like it hadn't been previously purchased or possibly used as a floor model. Very strang. Best Buy sells some great products for competitive prices, but when you have a problem they are not even remotely helpful.

It definitely works. I just don't know if it filters enough aroma in our apartment even though we already have the S filter.

Very quite and sleek looking air purifier. I have bought 3 and will be getting a 4th.

This is a good purifier but tends to be a bit loud. We initially bought this for our living room but it was distracting so upgraded to a different quieter brand. This one is now in our lower level and is fine for purifying the air in my office and where my dog sleeps. I only run it during the day. Still happy to have it.

Really cleans the air. Anyone that has allergies needs this product
