Got his AC for our basement studio when the temperature got over 90-110 degrees. Best purchase, so worth the price, slept like a baby and my light bill didn’t increase that much. The humidifier is a plus too. The remote is a nice feature since. Really easy to install. Though it would be hard because of our window size but we had no issues. I would recommend this type of AC.

Works great! Powers up fast! Like the way it gets cool quickly. Remote has range! AC timer works unlike others. The clean up with water draining is easier than my last. The hose it’s thicker and more heavy duty so it’s doesn’t let the exhaust in the room. 10/10

This thing works great. Very happy with my purchase it cools my entire downstairs with no help.

Doesn’t even cool one room want a refund small apartment room doesn’t even get cooled I don’t know what it is but the hose isn’t even long enough I tried switching rooms and switching windows and nothing worst purchase ever and over expensive I went with this one on purpose since it’s more pricey to get more cold air quicker but it’s the worse

I have had this product for a few weeks now and it has been working great! Shoots our nice, cold air. It’s great since our last two LG air conditioners didn’t work well and even broke!

It seems that Best Buy is not able to ship this air conditioner without damaging it. All 3 deliveries were damaged, To me, it appears that Best Buy was shipping it damaged. As three different units cannot be a coincidence. That’s like winning the state lottery 3 times in a row. Just doesn’t happen. NOTE: your service warranty starts the moment they ship the item not the when you receive. Why is that? My guess is to cover their shipping losses. Took over a month and still don’t have a working unit. Their customer service and support have no ability whatsoever to provide any sort of support other than “Wr are sorry”. Like what type of empathy does that do? Absolutely nothing oh shame on you Best Buy

This thing gets cold quick. Just remember to open the vent to adjust how much air you want to come out. It has two filters on it which is great. They are washable so you dont have to get replacement filters. Some people say this is noisy. It does make some noise, i dont think its bad. I’ve never had a portable air conditioner, so i have nothing to compare it to. One of the best features is that you dont have to have the condensate lone whooked up to anything because it leaves through the exhaust hose when in a/c mode. In cases where you do build up a lot there is a drain plug. It doesnt come with a drain pain though. I love that this is a 3/1, it also has a fan mode and dehumidifier mode. I purchased it on sale for roughly $329. Its worth it even at it’s original price. It says it works in rooms up to 700 sqft. I havent tested it in a room that big. I did use it in a 400 sqft room and it was freezing.

I bought two, one came defective, it is not cooling the environment and several times turned off the circuit breaker. The other is working perfectly, the only problem is that it has no sleeping function and no economic mode, it is always on and is very noisy, so for the bedroom I no longer recommend it for the living room it works very well.

I was able to get this product on sale for 350$. When I tried to buy another they were sold out and it isn’t a mystery why. Cools up to a small-medium room and when the heat is over I simplify put it away. It’s brought my room from 88 degrees to 70 in about an hour. Would recommend it if you could get it on sale. Original price isn’t too bad for its 700 sq foot capacity but who doesn’t like a good deal.

The unit cools down the room as it should but it is very loud when the compressor turns on. If you are watching TV nearby, you will be turning the volume way up. The exhaust hose is too short too.

This is a decent cooler for 1 good sized room. Does not work as well for an entire house level. The dehumidifier works very well, which can be a positive & a negative. You have to be prepared to deal with a lot of condensation draining from the unit if you run it for an extended period of time.

Definitely makes a difference. Just make sure it’s put to use in a reasonably sized room if you want results.

Blows cold air. I have drain hose connected , however there are some water droplets spewing at cold air outlet. Remote works well. Currently using it in bedroom after central ac went out.

I am very disappointed both with the product and with Best Buy. I have been a best buy card member for almost 10 years. I have never had an issue in the past. I recently bought this AC online, it was delivered May 22, we still have cold-ish weather in WA so we did not open the box until June 9. When we opened the product, the AC was making LOUD noises, released fumes and appeared as if it was going to explode. We tried to return it the very next day, and Best Buy refused because we were 4 days beyond their 15 day policy. They didn't even offer replacing the product even though it was clearly defective when we received it and now we have a 600$ AC that doesn't work. When I called the manufacturer, they told me that they don't make this product anymore, and that this was the last one. This is obviously because the product is poorly made and I imagine we likely got the last defective one in their warehouse. We're still waiting on what support we will get on this AC, if any at all. DO NOT BUY. I also won't be purchasing at best buy anymore given their poor customer support.

Great deal on this A/C. It cools the said sq ft stated. It's a little noisy then I like, but I can deal with it.

Very nice unit, but I wish it was a little quieter. I understand air conditioners are loud, but this seems really loud.

Nice to maneuver around with the wheels only thing is I have it in my fairly large living room and it only gets cool if your directly in front of it . I believe this ac works in a smaller room
