    Looks great, if it would actually turn on...

    I'm sure this fan would work great, if it actually turned on. I finally got around to putting it together over the weekend and went to turn it on and nope, no power to the product whatsoever. I tried multiple outlets where I knew the electricity worked and it won't turn on. I called Best Buy but they said because I was out of the window of it being returned, they could not help me and I should call the manufacturer. Whether they sold me this today or 3 months ago, they still sold me a defective product and refuse to return my money. Your customer service is terrible.

    Didn't last 4 months of use

    Bought this fan on 7/28/18 and used it for the a few months after and again this summer. Unfortunately the fan has stopped working altogether. It sucks that a big hunk of plastic didn't last a year.

    Broke Within the Second Week

    Guess glad it worked for the first week of the heat wave. However, the fan stop turning on after the second week. We tried plugging into a different outlet but nothing worked.

    We like it at first, but after a while, it can not be off. It stopped the fan, but it still moves.

    It only oscillates about 30 degrees. I like the design of the base, it is not too big and seems to be stable. Kind of loud for the little air it moves.

    I bought this for the reliability of brand. It stopped working after 3 hours. I returned it for upgraded model that has been working fine

    After the second week we started hearing weird/annoying noise that sound like constant clicking. I am going to figure out where to return it.

    I thought this would cool better,because of the name but it wasn't such a good buy. I used it in a bed room it stayed hot no airflow.
