Not only do these leave little bits of black dust everywhere when I cut them, even when using the template I have to make little adjustments to get them to fit properly. In addition there is quite a bit of waste even though I picked the most efficient direction to cut out the pieces. Otherwise these do work as directed.

I have found that using the manufacturer's replacement filters works best with my units. I am satisficed with this product.
