I was able to install myself. Had a question for Technical Services, they were knowledgeable & helpful. Display is easy to read. It is helpful that we operate our thermostat with our iPhone or Laptop when we are away.

I was looking for a wifi thermostat that I could install myself, monitor what the temps were at all times and wasn't going to cost a lot of money. I found it! You will love this purchase

Very easy to install. Comes with clear instructions and stickers for each wire to the thermostat. Simple WIFI app to control unit. Buy this unit if you have old Honeywell unit.

This is a good basic thermostat. It doesn't have the smart features of the more expensive options but for a lower priced option this is a good buy. It is programmable with a digital screen.

Love the product. Installed it myself. The set up and loading the software and setting that up took the longest. I can check and set from phone or laptop. Also get notified if temp gets out of parameters.

We purchased the new thermostat for our lake home so we could warm the house from the minimum 59 degrees to a more comfortable 70 degrees once we were an hour away from arrival. It has been so nice to come in from the cold and have a nice warmed up cabin versus keeping all our winter gear on for the first 20 minutes while we unpacked for the weekend. Of course we had to sign up for internet service for the first time but they had just laid fiber optic cable around our lake country the summer before so it has been worth it. My husband worked for Honeywell for 25 years. We believe in the brand and know that they sell only quality products and stand behind them if they aren't up to their standards.

This wifi thermostat is of good design which is simple to use as a wall thermostat. The wifi function provides remote access, easy scheduling, and simple adjustments.

Bought this for my 2nd unit so I did not have to keep going up the stairs to cut AC off and on. Works great. The App works with my original TH 9000 Color Touchscreen one. You must use a iPhone or iPad to configure with your wifi. I'm a Android user. Luckily, I have an iPad. These thermostats have really lowered my cooling cost. Honeywell sends you previous year comparison which I like. I'm keeping it 5 stars because I have not had any issues and works great. Consider it 4.5 because the Android setup is quirky and required me calling customer service.

I am very happy with this thermostat I did not want a nest. This is just a straightforward product, easy to use

I don't have a set work schedule so I can set it when I leave to run more efficient. Then adjust it before I get back so my place is right where I like it without it running the whole time I'm gone.

My only advice I can give is make sure your ac system can do auto switching. Apparently not all can and this can't make one switch if not previously compatible.

A good thermostat for the money! It doesn't have all of the bells and whistles as some other wifi thermostats, but it's very user friendly, and easy to install and operate.

The thermostat serves its purpose but the app that comes with it is not as user friendly as I'd hope. Regardless, it does the job.

Can't afford a Nest or any other wireless thermostat? Try the Honeywell. It even looks like the one you are going to replace. Easy to install and works great. Try it, you'll like it.

Who needs a color screen, or fancy apps for their thermostat... this is super simple, even old people can figure it out!

A very good product that has all the features of a high end thermostat. It has full wi-fi capability and can also work with Google, Alexa and Siri.

I like this thermostat, however the instructions were net clear and the online help wasn’t any better. I got it to work and it exceeded my expectations

Mine was not a plug and play item. Had to get the 24 volts to thermostat and then reset several times to get it connected to the internet. Once this was done, it is REALLY nice.

Super easy to install. The app 8s a little old, but you can link it to the actual Honeywell app and use that instead.
