Very similar to the non WiFi thermostat that it replaced, so it was easy to install. Downloaded the smartphone App and it was easy to program as well. Had a few hiccups setting up voice commands through my Google home mini, but it is working flawlessly now.

Great thermostat, easy for control the temperature with Wi-Fi for low price. Very easy to install and to connect to WiFi and control with the app. I love it can sync to Alexa to adjust the temp. I recommended.

This is a reliable product. Installed in minutes. This product allows you to control temperature from anywhere. We have it installed in a second home. We can turn the heat on before we arrive. The screen isn't as fancy as the other options. Who needs a fancy screen?

Nothing fancy, but having the ability to check in on my house's temperature and/or getting alerts that it's too cold (or hot) while away was all I was looking for. This does that and a few more things. I was originally just looking for a way to monitor the house temp remotely, but now I can turn furnace (or a/c) On or Off and change the temp, if I ever wanted to. Note: I replaced my 4 wire cable with a 5 wire cable because it was easy to do. Not sure it would've worked without the C-wire.

I purchased this thermostat for my parents as they have retired and like to travel so I'm able to check the temp without having to go to their house. I also have a Honeywell Thermostat (smart color touch screen - better model) and I thought that getting this model would be great for my parents as it's straight forward and basically identical to the old thermostat so the configuration would not be a challenge for them as they are older and technology can be a little intimating especially for my dad. I installed it myself which was a breeze and hooked it up to their Google Home so now they can change the settings without getting up which they really enjoy.

The Honeywell thermostat needed to be replaced and this thermostat was same in appearance and size. It is relatively inexpensive and doesn't have a learning mode like the more expensive devices. Its not an issue with me because I schedule it anyways and was not looking for the learning mode and couldn't justify the higher cost for it. This came with an Echo Dot which was a bonus. I can use my voice to control the thermostat. Initial setup required some research to match the type of HVAC system. Initially it was only blowing hot air and I discovered the same issue with the programmable thermostat model with no Wi-Fi. Once the correct settings were made it works great.

This tstat is a good deal if you need a programmable tstat with the ability to control it through wifi. It doesn't have the advanced geofencing feature that other more expensive tstat do. Installation was easy and the process was well explained.

Works Great, Simple to use and setup ! My previous Thermostat was a nightmare to use , I had to get instructions for the simplest things.

Easy to setup. Works great, easy to use interface and scheduling. Enjot having the app to change from anywhere. A good deal to putchase for rebates from sdg&e or 3rd party companies.

Easy to install (unless your wiring is old like mine was, but there was a video on YouTube that helped with that). Decent app to control it. Allows me to adjust my elderly mother's thermostat 24/7 from anywhere, including when I'm overseas.

I was looking for a wireless thermostat so I can turn the AC back on before I get home from my vacation home, I hate coming home to a hot stuffy house but I don't want to pay for the AC when I'm not there. I picked this one based on price and trust of Honeywell and I wasn't disappointed. I only gave it 4 stars because operating it from the front of the thermostat is a little confusing but the Android App works great. Installation was easy but I did have to cycle power on my router before the thermostat could obtain an i.p. address. I'm glad I went cheap, this one does the job just fine.

I love being able to program the schedule I want for the temperature of our home. Installation was easy peasy! Love how this worked in our last house, so we bought it again.

I bought this thermostat because my wife and I were tired of having to flip our heating and cooling system between heat and AC. I like that you can set a temperature range and the system automatically switches back-and-forth between heat and air conditioning as needed. We don’t use the programmable feature as we work from home and like to keep a constant temperature. however, it is nice to be able to adjust the temperature when we are not at home. We have gone on vacation and on our way home, adjusted the temperature so it will be comfortable when we arrive. Very nice feature.

Works great. It is terrific having WiFi control of the thermostat. Make sure you have the C wire first (the power wire)...the install can be a bit tricky without it (but still doable).

Works exactly as advertised, easy to install, I can control from my smartphone, and have even linked it to my Amazon Echo. Great when no one is in the house unexpectedly, I can turn the thermostat up to save money in the summer.

Bought this with some low expectations based on the cheap price. However, the instructional videos were exceptional in helping me install it. The online videos made it really easy and almost fool-proof to install it correctly. I would recommend looking at the videos prior to making your purchase. They explain how to "adapt" your wiring when there is no "C" wire connection to your current thermostat. I recommend that you verify that your system will work per the video instructions. For me, It works great and provides more capabilities than I expected. I installed at a remote cabin, and I can check/set the thermostat whenever I need to.

This was an upgrade from an old mercury thermostat. The old wiring did not support this model. The air conditioning technician rerouted some wiring for a small charge and now it work great.

I actually installed 2 of these in my home since we have two units. On the first all of the wiring was there and I just had to connect the wires to new unit and worked fine. On the 2nd, I had to connect up a separate‘C’ wire for the power and then it was good to go as well. Programming them from the thermostat is a bit tedious but there is only so much you can do with 4 buttons. One the we’re working, I connected them to my WiFi and then to my phone app. Again all pretty simple. Now I can check temperature, set schedules and control everything from my phone. Overall I think they worked out pretty well.

Easy to install and set up. Not the prettiest unit on the market but probably one of the best values. Easy to install, easy to set up, great instructions, works perfectly, app is simple and easy.

This thermostat was a little difficult to get wired m. I had to call support but they were very helpful. The design could look a little more modern but it functions great.
