It’s okayyyyy. Not that strong of a fan but it works. It’s easy to transport (per my picture of it in the back of the car) see ya later guys

I purchased the product new, but received an open box product at the new price. It specifically says in the Overview that the product includes 2 x AAA batteries for the remote on the product page, but upon taking the remote out I noticed the "open box" tape they use to specify that batteries are not included. If I pay full price for a new product, I expect all parts of that new product at a minimum. Other than this review, my only recourse is to return the whole product for being sent the wrong product (in the sense that it is technically open box and not new), thereby wasting the gas of the shipping vehicle in a time when we need the cooling capabilities and gas prices are at an all time high; sitting on the phone with their incompetent phone support for who knows how long; or, not doing anything about it and just sitting with the fact that I cannot expect Best Buy to actually be Best Buy, but only Mediocre Buy.

Don’t be fooled by by the gimmicks of advertising of this fan! I been using this fan on 78* weather & actually Walmarts fans are stronger. This fan makes slightly sound but not an issue. The only one issue is that one it’s power nor cold. Yes you do need an AC to make cold air though, they’re advertising of power cool, white noise & etc all sales gimmicks that made me buy it and 4 days in regret it. I mean don’t believe me Try it yourself for 14 days be sure to save your receipt, you’ll see. I will surely be returning this product & be searching for another.

Assembly was not as easy as it led on, does not rotate for some reason but I didn’t need it to so I did not return it. However as soon as 30 days were up it started making this unbearable loud clicking noise and now I’m stuck with something that does not work.

It seems to only blow on the right side of the fan tower, nothing on the left. :( sooo, it's back in the box. Send a return label please.

This fan works perfectly! It’s extremely quiet, even on higher speeds, which makes it great for sleeping or working without any noise distractions. The oscillation covers a good area, and it’s very practical and easy to move around the house. Simple to use, stylish design, and excellent performance. Highly recommended 100%

Purchased this June 17, 2020 and it stopped working around July 6th. My mother was placed to work from home because of covid so I purchased this as her room tends to get hot. It worked semi-well but after 3 weeks no longer turned on. We tried every outlet and still the same results. Best Buy won’t return the item or trade it in. Would not buy, zero stars!

I purchased a new one and can tell its been preown and ooened box unit. Tha batteries or paperwok and tape allover box and box is beat uo!

Didn’t even last three months it doesn’t work anymore

I got home only to realize it was missing pieces for it to stand on its own.

It’s quiet, keeps me cool on hot days. It’s a pretty straightforward, no nonsense fan with 5 settings. Setup was quick and simple

This is a great cooling fan. It was simple to put together and easy to figure out. I did have to buy batteries for the remote but don't really need the remote. The buttons for functions are easy to access. It is a simple, fairly quite and pretty powerful for a fan. Love it

This is good one comes with remote. Outstanding! Mrs. Wingnut needs a fan blowing on her at night to sleep well. No, the ceiling fan on high isn't enough. We were using existing fans we owned, but both of them died recently. Both were around fifteen years old or older. We had never used a tower fan such as this design, but were willing to take a chance. Eight speeds! VERY quiet at lower speeds, yet still not as loud as the old nine inch diameter fans were at the highest speed. The bright blue power light on top of this model is indeed dimmable and can be turned off while the fan is running. You can choose to oscillate or not. For Mrs. Wingnut's sleeping purposes, this fan gets set to highest speed and the power light turned off. One thing we hadn't anticipated that is a big plus - we had to use a small table to elevate the old fans high enough off the floor. The base already elevates this thing a bit and the rest of the height takes it up high enough for her needs. Awesome! Small footprint!!!

Easy to assemble, light-weight, oscillating fan with 5 different speeds. I absolutely agree with the name QuietSet. At the highest level (5), this fan is much more quieter than my Lasco oscillating tower fan running at its highest speed (3). The only reason for a minus star is that I’d hope the fan had more power behind its airflow. If you’re close to the fan, it’s nice but if sitting across the room, don’t expect to feel it as much. For the discounted price of this fan while on sale, I’d definitely say it was a good purchase.
