Price is a bargain, too. Easy to assemble and very quiet, at the ‘Relax’ setting (there are 3 speeds higher than that). Fan creates a breeze that goes 16 feet plus in non-oscillation mode (i.e. a fixed position). Metered the sound levels for you ... my room with fan off is 34 decibels and with fan on highest ‘Power Cool’ level measured at 10 feet away the noise was 48 decibels. Super quiet fan. This fan only adds 5 decibels of sound at my favorite setting which is the ‘Relax’ setting. Slightly higher noise level in oscillating mode. Easily works in all indoor applications from bedroom to family room. Built in timer for 2, 4, 6 or 8 hours and the control are simple to use. Remote works well with three buttons ... On/Off, Speed and Oscillate. Remote is Infrared so it needs to "see" the fan's control panel to be used. Overall, very nice fan. I would recommend it.

I purchased the product new, but received an open box product at the new price. It specifically says in the Overview that the product includes 2 x AAA batteries for the remote on the product page, but upon taking the remote out I noticed the "open box" tape they use to specify that batteries are not included. If I pay full price for a new product, I expect all parts of that new product at a minimum. Other than this review, my only recourse is to return the whole product for being sent the wrong product (in the sense that it is technically open box and not new), thereby wasting the gas of the shipping vehicle in a time when we need the cooling capabilities and gas prices are at an all time high; sitting on the phone with their incompetent phone support for who knows how long; or, not doing anything about it and just sitting with the fact that I cannot expect Best Buy to actually be Best Buy, but only Mediocre Buy.

Don’t be fooled by by the gimmicks of advertising of this fan! I been using this fan on 78* weather & actually Walmarts fans are stronger. This fan makes slightly sound but not an issue. The only one issue is that one it’s power nor cold. Yes you do need an AC to make cold air though, they’re advertising of power cool, white noise & etc all sales gimmicks that made me buy it and 4 days in regret it. I mean don’t believe me Try it yourself for 14 days be sure to save your receipt, you’ll see. I will surely be returning this product & be searching for another.

Work well. Easy to assemble. Love the different settings and how quiet it is yet powerful. Glad it has. Remote and timer to shut off.

Overall pretty good, it can keep a stagnant room fresh. I'm a gamer do it can't keep up if I'm doing vr games but otherwise it does a good job. Multiple fan levels are good for sound and remote is useful. It could be another 5 inches taller though.

It is a great fan that cools down my room quickly and quietly. It has three speed settings and an oscillation feature that covers a wide area. It also has a timer function that lets me set it to turn off automatically after a certain period of time. Purchased this June 17, 2020 and it stopped working around July 6th. My mother was placed to work from home because of covid so I purchased this as her room tends to get hot. It worked semi-well but after 3 weeks no longer turned on. We tried every outlet and still the same results. Best Buy won’t return the item or trade it in. Would not buy, zero stars!

I got home only to realize it was missing pieces for it to stand on its own.

This tower fan has five quiet settings. Although quiet, it’s powerful and refreshing. Optional sweeping button allows air to flow while reaching wide area of room being used. Good price for a quality fan.

Powerful quiet fan perfect for a studio apartment or to be used as an aid for air circulation in a bedroom or living room. This is an incredibly light product, so if you are thinking of buying it in stores, you won't have an issue bringing it home (I live in NYC so I just walked). Assembly was also very easy and the 5 power modes do have variation which is great. Even at its strongest mode, the fan still only emits white noise, which is conducive to sleeping (at least for me).

Not a terribly strong fan, but it can cool a small room by about 10 degrees. There is another model with two extra speeds, in black. I assumed they were more or less divisions of the same maximum speed, but witnessing the top speed of this unit makes me think it may be underpowered to provide room for another model. Assembly is simple, and the included remote is nice.

Got for extra air circulation in bedroom and works great . Several settings that allow air flow . Has quiet setting which is whisper . Remote control for easy setting changes and has timer if needed .

This is good one comes with remote. Outstanding! Mrs. Wingnut needs a fan blowing on her at night to sleep well. No, the ceiling fan on high isn't enough. We were using existing fans we owned, but both of them died recently. Both were around fifteen years old or older. We had never used a tower fan such as this design, but were willing to take a chance. Eight speeds! VERY quiet at lower speeds, yet still not as loud as the old nine inch diameter fans were at the highest speed. The bright blue power light on top of this model is indeed dimmable and can be turned off while the fan is running. You can choose to oscillate or not. For Mrs. Wingnut's sleeping purposes, this fan gets set to highest speed and the power light turned off. One thing we hadn't anticipated that is a big plus - we had to use a small table to elevate the old fans high enough off the floor. The base already elevates this thing a bit and the rest of the height takes it up high enough for her needs. Awesome! Small footprint!!!

I love love LOVE this fan!! Got it to replace a noisy oscillating fan in our large open plan dining/family room, I'm just sad I didn't do it sooner. This thing moves a surprising amount of air and is legitimately whisper quiet so it doesn't interfere with hearing the TV...I'd all but given up on having both of those things at once. The remote is a nice little bonus I didn't realize I'd appreciate as much as I do.
